"Как мне быть со своей злостью? Иногда она меня затопляет, и я читал, что нужно ее выражать. Но как? Если пойду покричать в лес,  разорву десяток бумажек или побью подушку, то что дальше? Это же бессмысленно! Ну спустил я пар, а потом что? Ничего от этого не поменялось. А через какое-то время злость снова накапливается, а жизнь остается такой же.  Как мне реально что-то сделать со своей злостью?"

Все не так-то просто и просто одновременно.Работа со злостью имеет много этапов. Обычно, все помнят то, что ее нужно выражать при помощи крика и активных действий, это действительно дает облегчение.
